Dear Customer, The more we discourage "accidental" buyers, the more we pamper the individuals who chose us, with performance extras. Be Bio-Dynamic and discover inner-G with Noah. Precautions apply: Get instructions from an "old hand". Learn Eskimo roll & read water. Remain one of the resourceful individuals who paddle together in a team. To offer max value, we rely on your sharing the enthusiasm. If our boat does not excite you enough, please return it within 30 days for a prompt refund. Noah WarrantyNoah Warranty All boats are guaranteed against defects under normal conditions. 1st year we repair all proven defects or replace the boat free. (Since we introduced new processing in ´99 to the day of this writing three years ago not a single new Noah boat broke, but) please register for a possible warranty claim. (Just NhC# suffice only if it is legible and only for the first year.) Additional warranty for returning the Registration Card and copy of the sales slip within 10 days from the date of purchase: 2nd year warranty costs only 25% of purchase price, 3rd year it´s fifty-fifty. Lifetime warranty or trade-in is honored at minimum 25% of new boats cost. This warranty excludes commercial use, damage due to abrasion, negligence, abuse or non-Noah structural modification. There are no other warranties expressed or implied, including a warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or for merchantability. Thank you for selecting Noah.
