Kayaks for individualists1. Noah´s Jetis were the first roto-molded boats under ten feet and the first kayaks tailored to the paddler´s weight - the first creekers. They came with the first functional and comfortable outfitting, riveted to be care-free. Noah boats are still the only ones with 4" foam supports. Jeti was advertised as "10´of excellence". $10 cash for testing and not buying was offered. Noah didn´t pay up often, but many paddlers still considered it too short to try. Years later, after the AQ's fame (despite Vlad´s extending its length against his intuition), used Jetis went sky-hi. You could lean the Jeti upstream and not flip, but Perception did, courting Vladimir until he sold the Jeti production rights. Later, the dispute was resolved by arbitration, ordering Perception to pay royalties. Their response was sue us, rather moving the mold abroad. 2. The first rodeo boat, which happened to be blow-molded, was Noah´s AQ. It introduced the first multi-colors. Taken from Jeti, AeroQuatic´s ergonomic outfitting was fine-tuned, fitting an unbelievably wide range of paddlers. This outfitting was "borrowed" by many competitors. To Dagger´s credit, it later purchased the whole AQ II works. Noah's introduction of accelerators, indentations, three-dimensional logos and Noah´s glare-proof, "anti-slip" surface speeds you up. Noah stands alone again - becoming number one until the fire. Noah´s suffering under the rulers of N.C. led to a fire in an uninsurable location and Vlad, the Noah man returned to his loosened homeland. After an infertile start followed by a ripoff, he found a friend with a barn. A few boats later, his friend´s new wife objected to the fuses blowing during her cooking. 3. With a few bucks in his pocket, Vlad looked around until he found this perfect barn with a watermill, he got prepayments on production and set up in six months. Vlad did it again, like twice before in America, this time with a contract to buy, trading boats for labor. This newest set up is a jewel. The plastic is B-D treated while cooking, lifting its parameters above its supplier´s data sheet. The whole boat is treated again before it leaves the barn. Outfitting-wise, these are the safest foams and seats yet, with the back-support system. Design-wise, there are more Noah red hot models and even juicier features trickling to the competitions´ prototypes. However, Vlad´s complex hydro-dynamics can´t be dealt with piecemeal, and no performance, peak power, or personality is born from messing with copies. Noah´s seams and cosmetics are not so slick. If they were, you´d know it sold out too. That Noah is here to stay is proven. It´s now back with a vengeance. Savvy paddlers realize that Noah´s integrity is a chapter by itself. Success is action!
